Return & Refund Policy
Return and Exchange Policy for Hijab House
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given in the following cases:
- If the item sent is defective.
- If the item sent is different from the one ordered.
For all other issues, such as change of mind, no refund will be given. Instead, an exchange will be offered. Please note:
- No refund will be given in case there is a price difference between the exchanged items.
- The customer will need to send the items to our office address and bear the delivery charges incurred during the exchange.
- We will inspect the returned items and then courier the exchanged items.
Non-refundable/Non-exchangeable Items:
- Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged, except for defective items, which may be exchanged.
- Gift cards and other non-returnable items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (beauty products), cannot be returned.
Return Process: To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hijabhouse.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
